We’re looking for an experienced BMS Project Sales Engineer with a passion for building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and a determination to succeed to join our dynamic Sales team.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and results-focused Sales Engineer to help expand our client base and drive new opportunities.

The Opportunity

Are you ready for a change to enter the world of BMS?

This full-time Melbourne-based role is a key part of our established Sales Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives that support the growth of our Projects division.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will:

Implement business plans and growth strategies

Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through new Project Works, existing BMS system upgrades, and Service Works.
Cultivate new and strengthen existing customer relationships, ensuring client retention, repeat business and future opportunities.

Prepare and present detailed project estimates and proposals.
Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Uphold high service standards that meet and exceed client expectations.

Work closely with the Service and Projects teams to support integrated growth initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Team, supported by experienced BMS Engineers and a collaborative culture that values team contribution and a determination to improve.

ABOUT You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Proven experience in Technical Sales and Estimating.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and BMS systems.
Hands-on experience in HVAC / BMS engineering or installation (highly regarded).
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A valid Australian driver’s licence.
Australian citizenship or a current Australian work visa.
