We’re looking for an experienced BMS Project Sales Engineer with a passion for building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and a determination to succeed to join our dynamic Sales team.
The Opportunity
Are you ready for a change to enter the world of BMS?
This full-time Melbourne-based role is a key part of our established Sales Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives that support the growth of our Projects division.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will:
- Implement business plans and growth strategies
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through new Project Works, existing BMS system upgrades, and Service Works.
- Cultivate new and strengthen existing customer relationships, ensuring client retention, repeat business and future opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed project estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Uphold high service standards that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with the Service and Projects teams to support integrated growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Team, supported by experienced BMS Engineers and a collaborative culture that values team contribution and a determination to improve.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Estimating.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and BMS systems.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC / BMS engineering or installation (highly regarded).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Australian citizenship or a current Australian work visa.
