Scape Student Accommodation – Victoria Street

Scape Victoria Street project is a new 26-storey 533 bed student accommodation building in Melbourne’s university precinct. Located at the gateway to the city’s academic
precinct occupying 2 street frontages of Victoria Street and Mackenzie Street.

This site is controlled and monitored by an Innotech Building Management System (BMS) providing on-site monitoring complete with full graphical interface and web-based remote monitoring functionality.

The system shall also be trending on energy usage and run hours monitoring from various utility meters.

  • Weather Station (Ambient Temp & Humidity, wind speed and rain sensor)
  • Eight (8) Outside Air Fans (OAF)
  • Three (3) Toilet Exhaust Fans (TEF)
  • Eight (8) General Exhaust Fans (GEF)
  • Kitchen Ventilation
  • Hydraulic Monitoring including (50) Low-level Pulse Water Meter
  • Modbus HLI connection with (150) Multi-function Power Meters
  • BACnet HLI connection with (595) Indoor VRV Units
