Online Course 201- General Theory and Practices
The Innotech 201 Course provides the student with the basic principles of controllers and their operation. This course also covers the software application Magellan, a graphical overlay of the control systems.
After this course you will be able to
- Understand the basic principles of a BEMS controller
- Have an understanding of basic control processes
- Have an understanding of a Magellan project and its operation
Online Course 202 – OMNI Webserver & Focus programming workflow
The Innotech 202 course is an intermediate course that covers the Omni web-server and Focus programming workflow.
It is assumed that the participant has a sound knowledge of HVAC systems and a basic understanding of a BEMS system. It is recommended to view complete the On-Line Innotech 201 basics course, prior to commencing this course.
HVAC & BMS Controls Training (held in Melbourne via the Innotech Training Centre via an accredited trainer and assesor).
The industry controls course is available for students who would like to gain a fundamental understanding of control processes and application of Direct Digital Control (DDC) in the HVAC sector, or people seeking to enter the field of Building Management System (BMS) controls, servicing and engineering. This is provided as a non-accredited course for the general public.
The industry course has been developed around the standard unit of competency UEENEEI155A and may provide an Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) when applying for this or other similar courses at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Successful participants that complete this industry course via Cortrols will be provided a certificate of attendance.
