Nature’s Dairy Australia is a modern Tetra Pak® built milk processing facility with 2 lines for the aseptic packing of dairy products in the new Edge pack.
The facility includes milk receival and storage area, process area, tanks room, filling room, distribution equipment, cool room, warehouse and despatch area, amenities, laboratories, plant and services areas, offices, meeting rooms and other site infrastructure such as chemical storage, workshops and waste disposal.
The Process area is a medium hygiene area and the Filling and Alsafe tank rooms are high hygiene areas.
The Innotech BMS provides complete site wide control of all HVAC services as well as central monitoring, trending and alarming facilities.
Some of the manufacturing areas include critical room pressure control and HEPA filter monitoring as well as temperature and humidity control.
