The Victorian Pride Centre is a private building with a public responsibility and will be a landmark development locally, regionally and nationally. The Victorian Pride Centre will be the civic hub for the LGBTQI community and will be the first building of its kind in Australia.

The Victorian Pride Centre is located in Fitzroy Street, St Kilda and will be a mixed-use civic building comprised of community and commercial office space, shops, food and drink premises, radio station, medical centre, place of assembly, reading room and gallery, among others.

The Victorian Pride Centre is a unique initiative that celebrates, bolsters and protects equality, diversity and inclusion. It is set to forge a new chapter in the narrative of Australian Pride by bringing the LGBTI community together in a single and powerful space.

A site monitoring computer with Innotech Web based graphical interface is provided for the building manager to control and monitoring the system operation.

The BMS is also provided with Innotech ATOM Data Acquisition and Management software for trending and reporting on energy usage from various utility meters.
