The brand new purpose-built 120-bed Senior Living Community will deliver bespoke aged care services to the Jewish community in Carnegie.
With town planning approval in place and construction to commence in 2018, this double storey facility to be developed on a 7,912 square meter site will become one of the leading senior living accommodation facilities in the South Eastern suburbs.

- Carpark Ventilation System with CO Control
- Hydraulics System Monitoring via Low-level Interface

- BACnet HLI connection with Eighty-Two (82) General Area Indoor VRV and AC Split Units (Monitoring and Control)
- BACnet HLI connection with Hundred-and-Twenty (120) Bedsit Indoor VRV Units (Monitoring Only)

- Implementation of Energy Reporting & Analysis System
- Web Based Graphics Package
