The air conditioning and ventilation system on this site are controlled by an Innotech Building Management System (BMS) complete with on-site site monitoring computer web server graphical Interface.
A secondary slave graphical interface is located on the MSSB for local control and adjustment.
The Innotech BMS controls the 11x rooms within the glass house as well control/monitoring of some ancillary systems.
The Innotech BMS controls the following plant in each room of the glasshouse;
– Packaged Air Conditioning Unit
– Aspirated Temperature & Humidity Sensor
– Light Sensor (PAR)
– Roof Ventilation Louver
– Motorised Shade Cover
– Water Supply Solenoid
– Switched General Power Outlets
– Switched Lighting Circuits
In addition to the individual glasshouse rooms the Innotech BMS also controls and monitors;
– 4x Ante Room Air Conditioning Units
– 5x Fridge/Freezer Monitoring
– 3x Smoke Detector Monitoring
– 1x Weather Station
