The Oakleigh Recreation Centre is an aquatic and leisure facility in Oakleigh, Victoria.
The existing centre has a stadium, with four multipurpose courts, a health club, a crossfit gym, massage services, a cafe and a state-of-the-art outdoor pool.
The redevelopment will transform the existing centre into an outstanding integrated multi-purpose sports precinct, featuring:
- Five new indoor basketball courts (also catering for netball and volleyball)
- An improved gym and group fitness areas
- Conversion of the existing stadium to a state-level gymnastics facility for the Waverley Gymnastics Club.
The air conditioning and ventilation system on this site are controlled by an Innotech Building Management System (BMS) complete with on-site site monitoring computer and Web Based graphical Interface software.
The system shall also be provided with Innotech ATOM Data Acquisition and Management software for trending and reporting on energy usage from various utility meters and run hours monitoring.
Cortrols supplied, engineered, and commissioned an Innotech Control System for the control and monitoring of:

- Low-level Interface with Security System/Fire Protection
- One (1) Low-level Pulse Gas Meter
- Five (5) Low-level Pulse Water Meter
- Modbus HLI connection with Eight (8) Multi-function Power Meters
