Whitehorse City Council is transforming the former Nunawading Primary School site into a vibrant community hub; a place where people of all ages and backgrounds feel welcome and can come together to embrace new opportunities for learning, social interaction and getting active.

The Innotech control system is connected to the Whitehorse Council BMS Network spread across multiple council sites providing centralised control and monitoring of multiple HVAC systems.

The Innotech BMS is also be provided with Innotech ATOM Data Acquisition and Management software for trending and reporting on energy usage from various utility meters around the site.

Cortrols supplied, engineered, and commissioned an Innotech Control System for the control and monitoring of:

  • BACnet HLI connection with Thirty-Six (36) Indoor VRF Units
  • BACnet HLI connection with Two (2) Air Handling Units (DX Type, Heat Recovery)
  • 16x Air Heat Exchanges
  • 3x Evaporative Coolers
  • 21x Ventilation Systems
  • Weather Station
  • Modbus HLI connection with Twenty-Six (26) Multi-function Power Meters
  • Low-level Interface with Rainwater Tanks and Transfer Pumps
  • Two (2) Low-level Pulse Gas Meter
  • Fourteen (14) Low-level Pulse Water Meter
